Cottage properties are rarely flat or easy. Granite, trees, steep grades and limited access all change how a deck, gazebo or set of stairs gets built. We plan around the terrain, set proper footings on rock and keep disturbance to a minimum.

Many cottage owners aren't on site during a build, so clear communication matters. Pricing is fixed and all-inclusive, and any change goes through a written change order, so you know where the project stands even from the city.
